SHOPIAN: The picturesque snow-clad destination of Dubjan in Shopian is gearing up to host the much-anticipated Dubjan Winter Carnival 2026 on February 16, 2026. The grand event is being organised by Jammu and Kashmir Tourism Department in collaboration with the District Administration Shopian to celebrate the region’s snow-bound charm, rich cultural heritage and growing potential as a winter tourism hub.
Elaborate arrangements have been put in place by the District Administration Shopian to ensure the smooth and successful conduct of the carnival. Adequate facilities for visitors, comprehensive security measures, streamlined parking management and coordinated event planning have been meticulously organised to provide a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for all attendees.
